Scoope Of Work

This project exemplifies our commitment to providing comprehensive EPC services and contributing to the development of renewable energy infrastructure in Indonesia.

Engineering Design

Conducting a thorough analysis of the Wairara site to determine the optimal design and layout for the hydroelectric power plant. This includes developing detailed engineering plans, encompassing civil, mechanical, and electrical designs, to ensure efficient and reliable plant operation. Additionally, an environmental impact study will be conducted to assess and mitigate potential environmental impacts, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.

Procurement

Identifying and procuring high-quality equipment and materials needed for the construction of the hydroelectric power plant. This involves coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications, as well as monitoring and controlling procurement costs to stay within the project budget.

Construction

Preparing the site for construction, including land clearing, excavation, and foundation work. Following the detailed engineering plans, all necessary components, such as turbines, generators, and control systems, will be installed. The final phase includes thorough testing and commissioning to ensure the power plant operates at optimal efficiency and meets all performance standards.
