Scoope Of Work

The scope of work for this project includes the comprehensive installation of the electro-mechanical system required for the MHPP Parmonangan-2. This encompasses system design, procurement and supply, and the physical installation of all necessary components.

System Design

Conducting a comprehensive assessment to finalize the design of the electro-mechanical system, ensuring it meets the project requirements and site conditions. The design includes specifications for turbines, generators, and control systems, integrating them seamlessly with the existing infrastructure.

Procurement and Supply

Identifying and procuring high-quality equipment and materials necessary for the installation. This involves coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project specifications. Cost management and quality control are critical to maintaining the project budget and standards.

Installation

Preparing the site for the installation of the electro-mechanical system, including any necessary civil works. Following the detailed engineering plans, all components such as turbines, generators, and control systems will be installed. The final phase includes thorough testing and commissioning to ensure the system operates at optimal efficiency and meets all performance standards.
